Hopefully, you will find any information you require below or on my shop page. If not, please drop me a message via the chat box and I will come straight back to you.

What is the difference between A4 and A5?

A4 is 21.0cm x 29.7cm (8.3" x 11.7") and I usually recommend a frame that has a display area of 20cm x 25cm (8" x 10"). The largest frame that I use for this size is the black option with an external measurement of 30.5cm x 37.5cm (12" x 14.7"). A5 is 14.8cm x 21.0cm (5.8" x 8.3") and I would suggest a frame with a display area of 13.0cm x 18.0cm (5" x 7"). The largest frame that I use of this size is again the black option with an external measurement of 22.5cm x 27.5cm (8.9" x  10.8").

Any tips on taking the photos?

Please try and take your photos on a clear, bright day and take time to make sure that at least one photo is at the angle you would like me to capture in your property portrait.

How will my portrait be delivered?

Once your portrait is finished, I will safely package your artwork in a board backed envelope for unframed pieces or corrugated shipping box for framed items. I will then post via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service, which requires a signature on receipt and I'll email you when your order has been despatched. If you’re local, within a 10 mile radius of where I'm based, I can hand deliver your portrait if you would prefer! If you require delivery outside of the UK please include this information when you place your order or please feel free to drop me a message in advance. Please make sure that you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order, especially if you are ordering a gift for someone else.

What is your returns policy?

Because your portrait is a personalised item, I’m sure that you will understand I can’t accept a return, but I do want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order on receipt and if it is damaged in any way, please contact me so that I can try and make it right.
